Terms of Service

By booking any service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service.

All detailing results will vary depending on the vehicle's age, condition, maintenance history, and the severity of stains, odors, or contamination. While we use professional-grade equipment and products to achieve the best possible results, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain, odor, scratch, or imperfection.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customers are responsible for providing access to a working water supply and electrical outlet at the service location unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the appointment. If water or electricity is unavailable and no prior arrangements have been made, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, cash, and other important items from their vehicle before the scheduled appointment. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items left inside the vehicle.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including but not limited to worn upholstery, loose trim, cracked plastics, damaged paint, broken components, failing electronics, or any condition that becomes more noticeable after cleaning.

Weather conditions may affect mobile detailing services. In the event of rain, extreme temperatures, high winds, or other unsafe working conditions, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled to ensure the safety of both our team and your vehicle.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, biohazards, aggressive behavior, inaccessible service locations, or any situation that could pose a risk to our staff, equipment, or property. 

The cost of the service is due immediately upon completion.

By booking a service, you authorize us to perform the requested detailing services on your vehicle and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
